Timeline for Company registration India

Everybody thinks that Registration of a company in India is a very tiring and time taking process and requires lots of money to invest. But with the new interventions from the new government, the process of company registration becomes easier day by day and new steps are taken to improve ease of doing business in India.
With the coming of new SPICE form the timeline of company registration in India is reduced to 10 -13 days and in this article we will see, how the new process works on:
Day 1: Application of Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Directors
Day 2: Preparation of DIR-3 form and apply for Director Identification Number (DIN)
Day 3: Preparation of INC-1 and file the same to get Name Approval from the ROC.
Day 4: Getting the Name Approval letter from ROC and preparation of attachments to be signed by the subscribers/directors which include INC 9, INC 10, Affidavit, DIR 2 and send them for signing.
Day 7: Preparation of eMOA and eAOA
Day 8: Filing of INC 32 form or SPICE form and file the same on MCA website to get the final Approval.
Day 10-13: Final Approval comes in the form of Certificate of Incorporation (COI) of the company.
