Appendix 3B: MEIS Schedule - List of Countries under Country Group A, Country Group B and Country Group C

Introduction

The list of countries according to the groups has been notified by the DGFT in accordance with the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020). Chapter 3 of Foreign Trade Policy talks about the Export schemes available to various exporters.

There are two types of scheme available to be claimed:

1. Merchandise Export From India Scheme (MEIS)
2. Service Export from India Scheme (SEIS)

Government of India rewards the exporter with freely transferable duty credit scrips. The value of these scrips depends upon the product and the country of Export.

Country of Exports is divided into 3 groups and the list of countries notified under each group is as follows:

• Country Group A:  The Following countries are being notified under this group:
